British Fashion Awards 2014 Nominees Announced 

On one of the biggest nights on the fashion calendar, comedian Jack Whitehall will host what has become fashion’s very own version of the Oscars as winners of the revered Model of the Year, Womenswear Designer of the Year and International Designer are revealed in an extraordinary spectacle of style and talent on December 1st at the incredible London Coliseum.

Pitching some of the world’s most renowned designers up against each other, we can’t wait  to see who takes the crown in the menswear category, for which J.W. Anderson, Sir Paul Smith, Tom Ford, and Christopher Bailey are nominated. Monopolising the night’s categories with two nominations is Sarah Burton controlled Alexander McQueen, who will battle it out against Mary Katrantzou and Roksanda Ilincic for the Red Carpet Designer award, as well as two of Britain’s most prominent female designers, Stella McCartney and Victoria Beckham for the title of Designer Brand of the Year. Additionally, models of the moment Cara Delevingne, Jourdun Dunn and Sam Rollinson are all in the competition to win the Model of the Year award, providing for some truly hard to call results.
