"Real Housewives New Jersey " Star Teresa & Joe Giudice Sentenced to Jail For Fraud
"Real Housewives New Jersey" Reality Star Teresa Giudice sentenced to Jail to 15 months while her husband Giuseppe "Joe Giudice" sentenced to 41 month. Teresa Giudice was sentenced Thursday in central court in Newark to conspiracy and tax fraud.
The couple cop a plea this past March on several count of bank and mail fraud. They admitted that they hid asset of bankruptcy creditors and submitted phone loan applications to get more $5 million in mortgage and construction loans.
Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice pleaded guilty on 39 counts of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three type of fraud bank fraud, making false statement on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Joe Giudice, 43 also pleaded quality to falling to file federal income tax return for tax year 2004.
Joe Giudice faced up to 37 or 46 months in Jail while Teresa Gudice faced up to 21 to 27 months. Prior to her sentencing Teresa told the court, "I 'm scared. I'm not going to deny it. I'm really scared."
